Yes – many times, for trips abroad. Rode in a helicopter twice. And have piloted a Piper Tomahawk, it is a tiny two-seater plane, and that was way, way better than any of the other times I’ve been up in the air (apart from when I skydived in New Zealand!)

yes many times but I do sometimes think about 9/11. Lets hope nothing like that ever happens again. If I can I use the train. Just recently I went to Cannes in teh south of France adn used Eurostar and the French TGV. It takes a bit longer than flying (but not much), is more comfy, is door to door and a lot more sustainable.

Lots – and I’ve flown them too.

Yes, but not as much as the others. Maybe 8 times in total. Oh and there is a Concorde at a museum called Brooklands just outside of London and I went on that – but I guess it doesn’t count as it didn’t take off!

Yes, I am still amazed that a 747 can get off the ground.
