• Question: how did you get into bmw for work experience

      While I was at university I decided to do a year’s work placement. Local companies sent the details of job vacancies to our university and they emailed the students. This is how I found out BMW MINI offered a years placement – I applied and got offered an interview. It was a really nerve wracking day as it involved an interview and group problem solving exercises to see how well we could work as part of a team.

      Thankfully after this I got offered a job – and it was a really good job! I got to drive the new MINIs everyday and tested various different parts of the car. It was really varied and lots of fun.
